These Terms of Use apply to digital products, printable artwork, mandala designs, PDF files, and related content sold or provided by Nobuaki Suzuki Art.
By purchasing, downloading, or using our digital products, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Personal Use License
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may:
- Download the purchased files for your personal use.
- Print the files for your own personal creative activities.
- Color, decorate, add dots, lines, patterns, or other creative elements to the printed designs.
- Create your own finished artwork using the purchased design.
- Display your finished artwork in your home or personal space.
- Share photographs of your own completed artwork on social media or personal websites.
We would be delighted to see how you make the artwork your own.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Resell the original PDF or digital files.
- Share, distribute, upload, transfer, or give the digital files to another person.
- Make the files available for download by others.
- Reproduce or distribute the original designs as your own.
- Sell printed copies of the original unmodified designs.
- Use the original designs, PDF files, or substantially similar reproductions for commercial products without prior written permission.
- Claim the original design as your own creation.
- Use the files in a way that infringes the intellectual property rights of Nobuaki Suzuki Art.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property rights in the original design.
3. Sharing Your Finished Artwork
You are welcome to share photographs or images of artwork that you personally created by coloring or decorating our designs.
When sharing your finished artwork publicly, attribution such as “Original mandala design by Nobuaki Suzuki Art” is appreciated but not required unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Please do not share the original uncolored line-art file, high-resolution printable design, or any image that would allow others to reproduce the original product without purchasing it.
4. Copyright
All original designs, illustrations, mandala line art, PDF files, photographs, written materials, and other original content provided by Nobuaki Suzuki Art are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Except for the personal-use license expressly granted in these Terms, all rights are reserved by Nobuaki Suzuki Art.
5. Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically.
No physical item will be shipped unless specifically stated on the relevant product page.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have suitable equipment and software to open, view, and print PDF files or other digital formats specified on the product page.
6. Printing
Colors, line appearance, dimensions, and print quality may vary depending on your printer, paper, ink, display settings, and other equipment.
Nobuaki Suzuki Art cannot guarantee identical results across all printers, screens, papers, or devices.
7. Refunds
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered or made available for download, except where required by applicable law.
